My cousin William's graduation ceremony at the University Cultural Centre. From left: My niece, my aunt, my younger cousin, my mum, my older cousin, me, my older cousin William, my uncle, my aunt, William's girlfriend, and William's aunt. (English is a lazy language. Any female who is one generation older than me is called an aunt, while the male equivalent is called an uncle. On the other hand, anyone, regardless of sex, who is in the same generation as me, is called a cousin... In Chinese, everyone in the family tree has a distinct name, instead of the common names "aunt", "uncle" or "cousin"...)
